Identity (name), contact (email, phone, company), customer transaction (project detail, contract), marketing (request + consent status), processing security (IP, log).
Legal basis
KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) performance of contract, 5/2 (ç) legal obligation, 5/2 (f) legitimate interest, and 5/1 explicit consent where required.
Transfer
Your data may be transferred to email delivery (Resend), hosting (Vercel), CDN (Cloudflare) and analytics (Plausible). Cross-border transfers follow safeguards under KVKK Art. 9.
Collection method
Through the contact form, email exchange, contract execution and site usage via cookies — all electronically.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed; request information; learn the purpose and proper use; request correction, deletion or destruction; know third parties to whom data was transferred; object to automated decisions adverse to you; demand compensation for damages caused.

Send written requests to orsenyazilim@gmail.com. Per KVKK Art. 13/2, we resolve requests within 30 days. You retain the right to file a complaint with the KVKK Authority.
